Custom Cycle Testing Control Box

Raspberry Pi powered pneumatic cycle testing control box. System uses a custom made user interface to control the firing of a set of 4 valves. Allows user to name and have prior setting as well as change settings on the fly during a test. Now used in testing Helen of Troy testing labs around the country and in China.
In House Injection Molding

3D printed rotating core mold
Early on as a Test Engineer I identified a need for an in house injection molder for our New York office. Nothing beats true material prototyping. To avoid the high costs of machining molds as well as allowing for quick design iterations without needing to worry about tool safe changes I was able to use fully 3D printed molds.
The above mold is an example of a PP mold used to mold a bottle cap. The mold was printed in Rigid 10K on a Form Labs Form 3 printer. The mold help up for several shots and helped validate the threads for a new product.
